Grants and subsidies Next Generation Funds.
The Community of Madrid announces subsidies for residential rehabilitation, corresponding to the Program of aid for actions to improve energy efficiency in housing.
REQUIREMENTS TO ACCESS THE HOUSING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM:
1 –
The home to be renovated must be the usual and permanent residence of its owners or tenants.
2 –
The term for executing the works may not exceed 12 months from the date the aid is granted.
3 –
Decrease non-renewable primary energy consumption by at least 30%.
4 –
Achieve a reduction in overall annual heating and cooling demand of at least 7%.
AMOUNT OF THE SUBSIDY:
1 –
The amount of the subsidy will be 40% of the cost of the action, with a limit of €3,000.
2 –
The minimum cost of the action must be equal to or greater than 1,000 euros per dwelling.
3 –
If any window does not comply with the CTE, it is made in a separate invoice and is not included in the file.
FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION:
The energy efficiency improvement grant will be awarded if any of these requirements are met:
– Reduction of at least 7% in overall heating and cooling demand.
– Replacement of facade construction elements to adapt their properties to the limit values of the heat transfer coefficient and air permeability of the DB HE basic document on energy savings of the technical building regulations. In Madrid (climate zone D3), heat transfer coefficient less than 1.8 W/m2K and minimum air permeability class 3 (andlt;9 m3/h*m2).
